TUITION & INVESTMENT

Lotus Learning Summer Camp is offered in two immersive session options designed to provide consistency, community, and a high-quality experience for your child.

4-Week Summer Session

$1,300 per camper

Includes:

• 4 consecutive weeks

• Monday–Thursday programming

• All materials & activities

• Daily rotations through all 3 rooms

• Snack & movement programming

Full Summer Experience (8 Weeks)

$2,470 per camper (5% savings applied)

Includes:

• Both Session A + Session B

• 8 total weeks of camp

• All themes with no repeat activities

Priority placement for the full summer

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU SELECTED STEP UP

Lotus Learning is proud to be an approved Step Up for Students provider, and Step Up funds may be used toward Summer Camp tuition.

Please review the following policy carefully:

• Step Up funds may be applied to Summer Camp tuition.

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration and must be paid via private pay. Step Up funds cannot be used for the deposit.

• No additional discounts, promotions, sibling discounts, or special pricing may be combined with Step Up payments. This is a non-refundable investment

• The full published camp tuition rate applies when using Step Up funds.

• Families are responsible for ensuring sufficient scholarship funds are available prior to camp start.

• Camp placement is not secured until the private pay deposit has been received and Step Up funds have reserved.

By selecting Step Up as your payment method, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Liability Waiver

Lotus Learning and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation in group activities. You agree to hold Lotus Learning harmless and waive any claims against the group, its members, or organizers.

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

Because Summer Camp is a short-term program with limited spots, staffing commitments, and materials purchased in advance, the following policy applies:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit of $50 will be charged upon completing your registration to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied to your overall investment. If the student does not attend, the deposit will not be refunded

Cancellations Before Camp Begins

30+ days before start date: 75% refund (minus deposit)

14–29 days before start date: 50% refund (minus deposit)

Less than 14 days before start date: No refund

After Camp Begins

No refunds will be issued once camp has started.Missed camp days due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
